Comox Valley & Campbell River – July 2026 Market Updates
June brought interesting shifts across both the Comox Valley and Campbell River as the summer market got underway. We saw notable spikes in sales activity across multiple sectors, paired with a general softening of average sold prices and a dip in new inventory coming to market.
In the Comox Valley, condo sales surged dramatically compared to the previous month. While average prices dipped across all categories, overall months of inventory tightened or held firm, keeping the market competitive. Over in Campbell River, sales activity was exceptionally strong, with significant month-over-month increases in single-family home and townhome sales. While average sold prices experienced a slight downward adjustment, a sharp reduction in months of inventory highlights steady demand from active buyers.
Overall, the market remains dynamic. Each property type continues to tell its own story, making pricing and timing important. With inventory levels changing and activity varying by property type, local market knowledge continues to be key.
