Comox Valley & Campbell River – June 2026 Market Updates
May brought continued activity across both the Comox Valley and Campbell River as the spring market remained busy. More homes sold in several categories, and inventory levels continued to shift as new listings came to market and buyers stayed active.
In the Comox Valley, single family home prices saw a strong increase, while townhomes also posted gains in both sales and average price. Condo prices moved lower, though sales remained steady. In Campbell River, single family home prices continued to rise, and condo sales increased from the previous month. Townhome prices also edged higher, while sales activity was more moderate.
