Looking for work again as things have slowed down now that its January and I just completed another mobile home renovation in which I completed the following:
Removed all the siding, and fascia board as well as the two exterior doors
- Cut out the rotten sheathing which was under the siding and replaced
- Cut out and replaced rotten portions of the rim joist and replaced as well as some rotten subfloor which was in and around the exterior doors as well as reframing the exterior doors
- Removed and replaced some of the wall studs and plating to either side of the exterior doors
- Removed a couple of the windows in order to see if they had been installed properly and they were
- Installed tyvek around the entire mobile with the proper blueskin in and around all the windows and exterior doors
- Reinstalled the exterior doors
- Installed all the proper exterior drip flashing
- Resided the entire mobile with wallboard siding, caulking all screw holes
- Installed all door, window trim and fascia board caulking around windows and doors
Framed for the skirting, installed the skirting and the bellyboard around the entire mobile
- Built a wrap around deck
-Painted the entire exterior
- installed new insulation, v***r barrier and drywall on the interior including trim and new interior doors and light packages
- Repainted entire interior
- installed new gutters around the mobile
-Poured an exterior walkway
