After boarding the drywall as well as the mud and tape on a future farmers market in Merville, refinishing a hardwood floor, installing fascia and soffit on a home in Cumberland as well as painting the interior of the to be opened in the future the new but old King George Hotel in Cumberland as well as a number or minor projects I am again available for work if needed. Well its been a busy few months. Helped build a house (all the drywall boarding and mud and tape, painted the exterior), built 2 sundecks, 4 fences (3 panel, one livestock on acreage) however I am once again available for work if needed? I just finished building a shed and installing some panel fencing for a gentleman on Rod & Gun however the next project I had scheduled was just cancelled so I am available for work again if needed. I invite everyone to review my profile page in order to see what I am experienced in and get back to me if they are in need of anyone to give them a hand. I am experienced in all aspects of home construction, renovation, deck building and general yardwork. I can build a house from the ground up to completion however no projects are to small or large.

Just finished the insulation, v***r barrier, drywall boarding as well as the mud and taping on a new home in Oyster River however I am again available for work. No projects to large or to small.

Looking for work again as things have slowed down now that its January and I just completed another mobile home renovation in which I completed the following:
Removed all the siding, and fascia board as well as the two exterior doors
- Cut out the rotten sheathing which was under the siding and replaced
- Cut out and replaced rotten portions of the rim joist and replaced as well as some rotten subfloor which was in and around the exterior doors as well as reframing the exterior doors
- Removed and replaced some of the wall studs and plating to either side of the exterior doors
- Removed a couple of the windows in order to see if they had been installed properly and they were
- Installed tyvek around the entire mobile with the proper blueskin in and around all the windows and exterior doors
- Reinstalled the exterior doors
- Installed all the proper exterior drip flashing
- Resided the entire mobile with wallboard siding, caulking all screw holes
- Installed all door, window trim and fascia board caulking around windows and doors
Framed for the skirting, installed the skirting and the bellyboard around the entire mobile
- Built a wrap around deck
-Painted the entire exterior
- installed new insulation, v***r barrier and drywall on the interior including trim and new interior doors and light packages
- Repainted entire interior
- installed new gutters around the mobile
-Poured an exterior walkway

Well the summer seems to of ended and after completing a couple of bathroom reno's, minor paint jobs and completing a 72 foot mobile home renovation which consisted of reframing most of the exterior walls, replacing all the windows and the siding, repairing the roof and installing new gutters as well as installing laminate floors and trim thru out I am available for work again if anyone has any builds, renovations or odd jobs go get done.

Just built this last week. One day with Kevin White in order to get the basic frame and swing set installed and another 3 days to finish everything else. The family and children and put it up for were quite happy "Hey Derek the playhouse is amazing. Thanks so much for doing such a great job, making sure it is stable and safe."

After 5 months I just finished demolishing the old Courtenay Merit Home Furniture Bldg and rebuilding into a Mr. Pets where I built 3 new offices and 2 bathrooms as well as new stairs, ramp and various internal separator walls. Installed a new 9 ft cargo bay door as well as all the included doors, drywall, trim and finishing work including all the painting.

As a result, I am again available for work be it a large or small project, yard work, clean up, roofs, drywall, renovations as indicated above I do it all.
