I get to welcome my newest tenants to their new home — this beautiful top-floor 1-bed condo at #414-1015 Cumberland Rd.

In all my years of property management, I’ve always had a soft spot for these older buildings. People see “built in the 70s/80s” and think twice but these suites were designed with real living in mind: huge 700 sq ft layouts that feel larger, actual room for furniture, big windows, a space that just feels… generous.
