August 20, 2008 was a very exciting day for me, and I truly had no idea where it would lead me. The day I became a licensed Real Estate Agent! Hard to believe 18 years has passed. I have met so many wonderful people that I will always remember, every one has a story and a place in my heart. And friends, family, and friends like family, what a pleasure it has been. Thank you each and everyone who chose to work with me, and know I’m not done yet! The saying when you do something you love you never work a day is true for me. Maybe a few rough days thrown in the mix lol. THANK YOU ALL 💛

Friday was a really good day for two awesome families! First time homebuyers who found a great place to call home with their sweet little boy and past clients finding the right home for their changing circumstances. "📊 Durham Region Market Update | July 2026

After several months of increased sales activity, the Durham Region market experienced a more moderate pace in July, while inventory levels remained healthy.

July at a glance:
• 🏡 713 homes sold, down 12.6% from June
• 💰 Average selling price: $840,581, down just 1.6% month-over-month
• 📋 1,720 new listings, giving buyers plenty of choice
• ⏱️ Average days on market: 29 days

While overall activity has slowed slightly, market conditions continue to vary across Durham Region. Whether you're buying, selling, or simply keeping an eye on the market, understanding what's happening in your local community is key.
