2025 Q1 has been a whirlwind so far! A few months ago, we made the decision to move BACK to Ontario!!!

The Government of B.C. has implemented some new measures last week that may affect the purchase and sale of certain properties within the province!!

✨ An increase to the Property Transfer Tax exemption thresholds for both first time buyers & buyers purchasing newly built homes! Effective April 1 2024!

✨ Introduction of the BC home flipping tax - which will come into effect January 1 2025. A 20% tax on the gain from a sale of a property owned for less than 2 years.
