I had known the Owner of this home ever since I was a young woman working at what was Overwaitea Foods at that time. We chatted over the years every time we saw each other. Scott had grown up with the Owners children and still knew the family. Life goes on until it no longer does. When the sad day came to list the house for sale the Owner’s daughter told us ‘The first thing that came to mind was to call the Veitch’s’. We were honoured to be asked to sell the family home, over 50 years of memories had been created by the same family. In just under 6 weeks Chad Wobshall brought the Buyers. Imagine the daughters happiness, as well as ours, that the new Owners plan was to restore and renovate this historical home - we are excited to see it unfold.
