Wow, what a year! I just wanted to say, Congrats on your purchase and or sale! Interest rates favoured all new purchases. On the sale side, some of you were looking at multiple offers and wondering where this might take our real estate market. Alberta is still lagging most other Metro areas, so 2022 will be another interesting year!

What a great weekend! Other then the little shower this weekend, our farmers are pulling off a pretty great harvest!

I was thinking about the current real estate market... and then it hit me, it’s just like our weather!

As our current COVID 19 dictates how we move forward, we personally have to make choices, wear a mask or not, go to your local grocery store to find what is necessary to feed your family, or not. We can’t stay in locked down for ever, so make good choices for you and your family!

If you’re tired of renting or you need a bigger or smaller home, consider it now, and take advantage of record low interest rate’s and I might say, a great selection of properties! If you have a job, now is a good time to do something! Stay safe out there!

Wondering how to preserve your wealth? Some would like to consider Gold or some other precious metal, but it’s not easily acquired or stored. I like LAND, it’s easily acquired, financed and stored! If you’ve had a bad day, just go for a walk on it, sit on it, or kick it! It’s not going anywhere! Enjoy!
