Vision Property Management is currently looking for a self-motivated carpenter, forward thinking, proactive problem solver, who is an action-oriented team player. They must be committed to client service, controlled under fast-paced deadlines and have a positive, flexible ‘do whatever is takes attitude.
Job description:
- Daily duties can include
• Tile work
• Trim Carpentry
• Framing
• Flooring
• Drywall
• Custom Trim
• Decks – Wood products and composite
- Full time, permanent position
Skill Requirements:
General construction knowledge with good multi trade skills; knowledge and abilities in all areas of residential construction; new home, interior and exterior renovation is essential
• High-quality carpentry skills
• Ability and knowledge to work with sub-trades
• Understanding of construction terms, scheduling, and planning concepts
• Organizational, time and workload management skills
• Effective communication, customer service and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• A flexible and adaptive approach in the workplace
• Desire to grow professionally with a growing company
• Valid driver’s license
• Personal method of transportation
Expected start date – Immediately
Salary -
$20-30/per hour
Experience -
Carpentry 2-4 years (preferred) *or whatever you'd like
Schedule -
- 8 hour shifts
- Monday to Fridays (some weekends)
