Big changes for First Time Home Buyers! Nova Scotia is the first Province in Canada to drop the minimum down payment to 2% on mortgages up to $570,000 within HRM & East Hants, and $500,000 throughout the rest of the Province.
With the new program, a $500,000 home could require as little as $10,000 down instead of $25,000.
🔹 Closing costs would still apply
🔹 Eligibility criteria must be met
For more details on how this new program works, feel free to reach out. I’d be happy to help you explore all your options.
