A full heart and so much to be thankful for. 🤎🍂

This time of year is a beautiful reminder that it’s not always the big things that matter most. It’s the little moments, the people around our tables, the memories we’re making, and the places we get to call home.

I’m especially grateful for my kids, our wonderful community, and every family who has trusted me to be part of their journey this year.
