Action Property Management We are a Property Management Group that is here for the Owners of Homes, Apartments, Duplex's,etc. Our Head Office is located in Fort St. John.

Wanda Smook is the Managing Broker for the company, and has worked in the Property Management business for almost 20 years. Starting her career as a Site Manager, she worked her way through the business being the Maintenance Manager for her former employers for many years. This gave way to Wanda continuing her education and she completed not only the Property Management license but also Strata Man

agement, Trading Services and Managing Broker licenses. Shelley Smith is our representative in Dawson Creek. Shelley handles all the day to day operations in Dawson as well as tenant relations. She is very hands on with both the tenants and the owners. In consultations with our head office she evaluates properties for prospective clients and is very knowledgeable about Dawson Creek's markets and economy. Shelley has been with the company since June of 2012, and is presently taking her Property Management license.
