The real estate season is heating up fast this year, so let me tell you a quick story about why choosing the right broker actually matters.

Sharon was the seller.
She gave her condo to a team of two agents in her area. On paper, it sounded reassuring. In reality? No one was really in charge. Her questions sat unanswered. Her concerns felt like inconveniences.
