2025 新年獻詞：點解我哋可以忍受自己一直咁痛苦咁活著？

各位好耐冇見嘅朋友，我係 Kin。

2025 年對我嚟講，係極之特別嘅一年。呢一年，生活節奏的確慢咗落嚟，但正因為呢份「慢」，反而比咗個空間我去重新審視自己嘅生命。
第一階段：從「向外求」到「向內修」

搬入新屋後，我開始走入社區。喺老人院陪長者傾偈、喺食物銀行派飯、支援單親媽媽、甚至參與將三文魚放歸大自然嘅保育工作。最重要嘅係，我終於放低咗部手機，帶住爸爸媽媽去旅行，睇吓呢個世界。

我發現，當我開始同社會上所謂嘅「弱勢群體」建立深層連結時，我內心嘅焦慮竟然慢慢消失咗。原來，「無私嘅付出」至係治癒身心最有效嘅良藥。

第二階段：誠實地面對內心嘅陰暗
當慈悲心慢慢長大，我嘅心境變得前所未有咁清明。呢種「清明」好殘酷，因為佢迫使我要真誠、慚愧地去望向自己一直唔敢睇嘅陰暗面。
我開始反思，點解我哋一直被教育：只要累積財富、追求慾望就可以得到快樂？其實呢條路只會令人越走越攰。我學習去接納、包容並轉化呢啲陰暗面，嘗試由追逐慾望嘅循環中抽身。

第三階段：戒掉「多巴胺」嘅成癮與痛苦
呢個係最痛苦嘅過程。我喺《多巴胺國度》呢本書入面得到啟發：大腦好似搖搖板，過度追求即時嘅快樂，背後必然會換嚟對等甚至更長久嘅痛苦。
我哋身處一個「快樂至上」嘅年代，卻缺乏「令自己快樂」嘅智慧。我哋成日為咗一刻嘅快感，而令自己陷入長期嘅習慣性痛苦。唯有內心堅強，先可以選擇一條「先苦後甜」嘅光明之路。 雖然艱難，但成果絕對豐盛。

結語：成為自己生命嘅燈塔
回望過去，我成日諗：點解以前我會容忍自己活喺嗰種痛苦無奈嘅狀態入面而唔自知？
答案好簡單：如果你唔努力去到下一個更高嘅階段，你永遠都無能力睇清上一個階段嘅自己有幾咁難堪。 只有不斷累積善法，先可以擦亮心境，明辨是非。

2025 年，係我活得最清醒、最無悔嘅一年。我想將呢一年修得嘅一點點功德分享比大家。
喺下元九運嘅大風大浪入面，希望大家都能夠擁有一顆清明嘅心，唔再倚賴外物去穩定身心。願我哋都能成為自己生命中嘅「光明燈塔」，做一個能夠抵禦內在風雨、超越命運嘅優良戰士！
