July results!
Sales are up about 5% in Toronto year over year, prices are about the same year to date however the transaction volume is still much too low for a city our size. Overall we are in a balanced market which is great to see, the opportunity is still in the condo segment! As further rate cuts are predicted we should see a busier second half.
