They all figured out the same thing…

The product and the customer already exist.

& you can get paid for being the bridge between them.

I spent 12 years in commercial banking watching companies get rich off that exact structure.

Then I applied it to real estate…

Then I spent 12 years in commercial banking and lost about 6,000 hours just to the commute.

But it all changed with one townhouse in Coal Harbour.

No mortgage. No lease. No down payment.

But they still brought in $175k last month.

& that’s what bugs me about the real estate industry.

Everyone sells you the same plan:

Buy the asset, then wait 30 years.

But what if I don’t want to wait? What if I don’t want to put down my life savings? What if I don’t want to deal with all the headache that comes from owning property?

I spent 12 years in commercial banking watching people bite the bullet anyway.

Then a coworker showed me a $7k a month sub-penthouse he rented out on weekends at $800 a night.

He didn’t own it either…

Think about it:

• Uber owns no cars
• Airbnb doesn’t own hotels
• Doordash owns no restaurants

& I don’t own my rentals either because I co-list them and take a percentage of the revenue they generate for the owner.

They carry the risk, I collect a cut.

They chase what looks good online and end up with a life that looks cool, but isn’t fulfilling.

I say figure out the lifestyle first.

Then pick the vehicle that pays for it.
