Not all houses show the same because every situation is different. It will take the right buyer to see past the stuff in this house and realize there is 1100 sq ft, 5 bedrooms and a great floor plan here. And I have a list of people that can help- dumpster rentals, labourers, contractors, etc. If you’re willing to do some work, there is an opportunity here.

Did you purchase a property with an irrigation system this year? If so, as the temps creep to freezing now is the time to get it blown out so it doesn’t freeze up! If you need the names and numbers for some local contractors offering this service just text me!

The entrance of your home is so important! This one has space for you to come, tuck your shoes away, hang your jacket up. Or if you’re filthy- head straight down to the laundry room! Priced to sell and close to everything… come see for yourself!

Have you started planning Thanksgiving yet? Who’s coming? The menu? Where’s everyone going to fit? Well, that’s where this house could help you out! Lots of entertaining spaces and a kitchen made for cooking! I’m not sure there is enough time to get you in by Thanksgiving (although we can sure try!) but you can definitely plan Christmas! Whatcha think?

helped me out! He arranged for the mattress to be disposed of and treated our yard for crawling insects. He did it for a reasonable price too! I hope no one else finds themselves in a situation like this because it’s stressful and gross. Being a landlord is rarely glamorous. It’s about problem solving, being able to pivot quickly, and using the team of professionals around you.

In today’s episode of “Who Wants to be a Landlord”… someone threw their mattress in the alley behind my rental. My tenant called the city to report it. They said they’d pick it up in the garbage run. It’s still there. So tenant called again, the City said, “the garbage truck reports that it has bed bugs so we can’t pick it up. You can bring it to the dump but we won’t put it in our truck.” Stay tuned…

...carts are coming!

As part of Alberta's provincial Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) recycling program, Circular Materials is introducing curbside recycling service in communities across the province. Circular Materials has contracted e360 Solutions to deliver and manage recycling carts and collection services in Drumheller.

The curbside recycling carts will be delivered directly to homes by e360 next week, September 21-24, 2026.

We're encouraging everyone to give this new provincially funded recycling service a try for the first 90 days. However, participation is optional. If you decide the service isn't for you, you can opt out at any time. And if you change your mind later, e360 can arrange to have a cart delivered again.

If you're not home when your cart arrives, e360 will leave it at your property. If you receive a cart and don't wish to participate, contact e360 at 1-587-217-1975 or [email protected], and they will arrange to pick it up.
