Post Construction Cleaners Wanted – Dryden, ON 🧹

Ideally we're looking for a group of people who know each other and have excellent cleaning and communication and organization skills so we can have a systematic approach to get all 20 units done asap.

We’re looking for reliable individuals or a small cleaning crew to complete post-construction, pre-move-in cleaning for a newly completed apartment building in Dryden, Ontario.

📅 Work Dates: August 1–14, 2026

Duties Include:

• Cleaning newly completed apartment suites
• Removing construction dust
• Cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, windows (interior), cabinets, and fixtures
• Vacuuming and washing floors
• Final detailing to prepare units for new tenants

Pay: Competitive and based on experience, as well as whether you provide your own cleaning supplies and equipment or use supplies we provide.

Experience with post-construction cleaning is an asset but not required. We’re looking for dependable people with a strong attention to detail who take pride in their work.

Sneak peek of some updated photos after starting construction in just the middle of October and already 50% complete

We will have 40 amazing 1 and 2 bdrm rental units!

2nd floor units will feature soaring vaulted pine board ceilings and a huge 22' wide x 10' deck and main floor 0 step entry units will feature a 22' x 10' "covered patio"

We are excited to start providing updates now going forward and possessions dates scheduled for mid to end of August 2026!
