I've renovated, flipped and built several spaces; homes, businesses, RV’s & Trailers.

I’ve developed a set of skills that has equipped me perfectly to build tiny houses, however…
There are some aspects of the process that I prefer to leave to other team members.

Like sales & marketing...

I brought in experts in customer service and sales to help address our customer needs from a helpful place, rather than from a place of "selling" and it's proven to be one of our greatest assets!

We don't really "sell' tiny houses...

We build dream homes.

We found a way to make it happen for our (very happy) client and now she has the option to sustain herself (and stay clean) within her dream home.

Introducing our first "Employee of the Month" Award - Meet Auspia.

She's an Australian Shepard and she loves to herd humans. She keeps us all in line and on schedule day in, day out.

Without her commitment to excellence and safety, we wouldn't be where we are today.

Auspia had this to say about her first Employee of the Month Award:

"I'd like to thank my many followers on Instagram, of course my mama and all of the dog grooming staff for helping me prepare for this event. I don't feel like I deserve this award. Here's a quick video we made about how Style and Grace Homes got started. I come from a family of builders and I've been involved in renovations, fixing and flipping for more than 20+ years.

If you've ever started a new business, you'll know that it's a really fascinating process to witness inspiration and creativity spring into action!!

It's been an incredible journey so far and we're only just getting started!
