The Vancouver Island real estate market remained steady in May, with buyers taking a measured approach while well-priced homes continued to attract interest. Inventory increased slightly, giving buyers more choice, while strong townhouse and condo activity helped support overall market performance. ๐Ÿก๐Ÿ“ˆ

Hereโ€™s a little breakdown:

โ€ข 768 homes sold across Vancouver Island, down 1% compared to May 2025.
โ€ข Active listings increased 3% year-over-year to 4,585 properties.
โ€ข Townhouse sales jumped 33% and condo sales rose 10% compared to last year. ๐ŸŽ‰
