Another year, another day I wish I could bottle up. ❤️🎗️

The hugs, the laughs, the smiles, the familiar faces, and everything in between. So many moments throughout the day that remind me why I keep coming back. This is genuinely one of my favourite days of the year!

Every year, we finish the walk arm in arm and head straight to the registration booth to sign ourselves up for the next one. Four years in, and I already can’t wait for 2027.

🫶🏼 A HUGE thank you to everyone who donated and supported us along the way. It’s pretty incredible what we can accomplish together, and I’m excited to see the impact we continue to make.

Because sometimes I genuinely wonder what conversations are happening at the kitchen table...

🕵🏼‍♀️ September is usually when we expect the fall market to wake back up after a slower summer… but this year, it’s taking its time.

Buyers are being cautious. Fewer sellers are coming to market. Prices are down from last year. And overall, people are taking longer to make decisions.

The word for this market right now? Patience🧘🏼‍♀️

For buyers, that can mean more time to do your due diligence, ask questions and negotiate.

For sellers, it means understanding that things may take longer than they have in other markets… and not reacting to every quiet day or week.

And for upsizers, I’ll keep saying it: don’t only focus on what you’re selling for. Pay attention to the gap between what you’re selling AND what you’re buying. That’s where the opportunity can be.

This market is moving differently, but people are still buying, selling and making moves every day.

These GTA numbers give us the big picture. Your neighbourhood, price point and property type tell us the rest.

Patience + good information + a strategy that can adapt. That’s the September market.

It was an absolute treat working with these two 🥹 I LOVE seeing these happy faces!

The most organized, lovely and receptive clients. Truly a breath of fresh air.

They knew exactly what they wanted: south-facing, space for an office, good flow, close to work, not a renter-heavy building, and definitely not a super high floor (tested and was an immediate no 😂)

We were really intentional with showings and did our homework before every one.

Then things moved FAST.

We had already submitted an offer on another condo when a unit came up in their DREAM building. We withdrew, called the agent immediately and offered without even seeing it in person… crazy, I know, but we had already seen the exact same floor plan and knew it was the one.

Over 20 showings, multiple offers… and we got it 🙌🏼

The patience paid off. So happy for these two.

10 years ago! ✨⏳
I lovedddd living in the city. I loved the energy, the people, the whole chapter of my life.

And then my life changed REAL fast 😂

It’s funny looking back at this version of me. I’ll always remember this time and everything it taught me. So much can change in 10 years!
