We have a much bigger problem than “houses are expensive.” 👀

If first time buyers can’t get into the market, existing homeowners have fewer people to sell to… which means they can’t move up either.

It’s a domino effect that impacts WAY more than real estate… it changes when people move out, start families, have kids and build their lives.

Anyway… how many of you made it this far before heading to the comments to tell me Realtors are the problem? 😂🙋🏼‍♀️

📍🏡 I tell every buyer this before they fall for a floor plan: the house you can change. The neighbourhood you can’t.

I live it every day. Walking to our go-to spots. A quick trip to see the people I love, favourite restaurants, the parks Hudson and I actually use. Pickleball whenever we feel like it.

That’s quality of life.

If lifestyle is important to you, you need someone who actually lives here, explores here, and knows which pocket of York Region fits how you live.
