I love social media but I actually REALLY love when I'm so busy I don't have time for social media 😉 Getting the kids back to the swing of things in school and working with some most amazing clients has kept me pretty tied up these days and I wouldn't have it any other way.

Possession on 5 Landsdown Green saw my seller able to move on to a new chapter in life and he'll be livin' la vida loca 🌞.

142 Viscount Drive was super exciting with multiple offers in less than 24 hours on the market! What a whirlwind for my special clients and friends. We priced aggressively for a quick sale so they could get into their dream acreage. That search has taken well over a year but it was time well spent and we enjoyed viewing many properties together but the timing was right and everything fell into place on this one. I truly can't wait for possession day for them!

If you are in thinking about making a move I'm happy to work with you over the long term or on a quick turnaround sale. Or as was the case for these guys, sometimes it's both 😂
