It’s more of a balanced market than a sellers market now!

Typically buyer activity slows down in the fall which is a great time to take advantage of less competitive options! Might be a great way to dodge multiple offers!

Fun fact: I bought my first home in the fall and the day we moved in was the first snowfall of the year. A bit cold but definitely worth the extra negotiating power at the time.
