Meanwhile, residential listings decreased 27.9% from October 2024 and increased 1.4% from November 2023. The numbers reflect that Buyers and Sellers are starting to focus on the holidays while the market enters the "winter break".
However, forecasts of a busy spring market should have Buyers and savvy investors starting to prepare their plan to acquire properties in 2025!
