After the average sale price in the GEA reached a high in May, prices softened in June as the ratio of sales to new listings increased.

So, is now a good time to Buy & Sell Real Estate?

For Buyers: YES, it's becoming a better time to buy!
Inventory is up 22.2% compared to last year, meaning buyers have considerably more homes to choose from!

For Sellers: YES, there is still a healthy level of market activity out there, buyer demand remains strong, and houses are still building equity!
