I am currently one of Century 21 Vantage Realty's most decorated agents, having achieved the Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®) designation, Seller’s Representative Specialist (SRS®) certification, Seniors Real Estate Representative (SRES®), Certified Investor Agent Specialist (CIAS) & Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE®) certifications. Along with nearly a decade of practical experience as a REALTOR®, this additional training brings valuable skills to the table when working on my clients' behalf and helps me give them current, valuable & relevant information to help them reach their goals. I apply my strong research and analytical skills to ensure my buyers are paying fair market value for their new home & that my sellers are getting top dollar by cross checking pricing numbers and strategies against market conditions. Born and raised in Edmonton, I'm delighted to give back to the community I stay involved with the REALTORS® Association serving on and chairing special committees and contributing a portion of each sale to the REALTORS® Community Foundation which helps various charities in Edmonton and the surrounding area.
