Permitted Use vs. Exclusive Use — do you know the difference? 🏢

These two clauses can have a significant impact on how you operate and protect your business in a commercial space.

Tuesday Throwback ❤️🏡

Throwing it back to a very special possession day!!! handing over the keys to my best friend, Shubham, and his wife, Prachi, to their first home in Alberta. 🔑🏠

From sharing lectures together, to starting our lives in Canada, to standing by each other through every phase of life ; it’s been quite a journey.

There was a time when we made $10 last an entire week, eating whatever we could and figuring life out one day at a time. And now, seeing you buy your first home in Alberta honestly feels surreal. ❤️
