2025 was a year defined by bold moves, community impact, and transformative growth. Here’s a look back at a few of the milestones that shaped our journey:
March – The Parks rental tower reached completion and occupancy, introducing 363 new units to Edmonton’s downtown core. Today, it’s already over 50% leased, bringing vibrant energy to the city center.
June – We elevated the retail experience at Mill Woods Shopping Centre with the opening of No Frills, alongside exciting new tenants like Chipotle at Garneau Commercial and River Valley Day Care at Windsor Building & Plaza. Plus, Mill Woods Professional Building achieved 90% occupancy—a major leasing success.
October – A significant moment of resilience: we officially began the redevelopment of Tekarra Lodge on Jasper Avenue, restoring a beloved destination impacted by the fires.
November – Growth continued with the acquisition of our largest parcel of land at Kendal, complemented by additional lands south of 41 Avenue. We also celebrated the sale of 160+ homes, reinforcing our commitment to housing solutions.
December – We closed the year with strategic transactions, including the sale of Eleanor Tower, Laurent Student Housing, and the Cornerstone rental tower in Burnaby, BC—marking a strong finish to an exceptional year.
