Edmonton Mall. Since graduating in 2013, I have been consulting full time on sales of new and resale homes, condominiums, acreages, townhomes, office, industrial, retail and multifamily properties. Within that breadth of experience, I can further consult on bank and court ordered sales, civil enforcement, and estate sales. I once sold a home that was built in the 80s, burned down to the foundation in the 2000s, was rebuilt by insurance on the old foundation (with no paper trail from insurance), the acreage had two government caveats on title from the DOT, a caveat with the neighbour written on a napkin and fence lines that didn’t match the property lines at all. I and another agent from a competing brokerage were able to communicate all that needed to be conveyed to put the deal together properly.
