๐ŸกSingle family homes average 33 days on market (2 day increase from July)

๐Ÿ“ˆHouse prices on Single family detach for city of Edmonton $528,000. A decrease of 3.6% from July but still a 7% increase over August of 2023.

โฌ†๏ธA Double digit jump on townhouses percentage from August of 2023. Average price of $286,000 up 14.6% Year over year.
