The Edmonton real estate market has certainly shifted, even compared to just two months ago. Showing activity has slowed, inventory has increased, and buyers are taking more time to make their decisions.

Client visit on his new build 🏡

It all started with a phone call when Dawit called me on a listing of mine in 2025.
