A little introduction for anyone new here.

I am Wes, an Edmonton REALTOR® with RE/MAX River City, and my approach to real estate is built around service, communication, and making the experience feel as smooth as possible.

Before real estate, my background in customer service and hospitality taught me how important it is to listen well, communicate clearly, and make people feel taken care of. That same mindset is what I bring into every client relationship.

I am also a family man, so I understand that a home is more than four walls. It is where everyday life happens, where memories are made, and where big transitions begin.

Before listing the property, we decided to invest in a full paint refresh to maximize appeal and value. The project included repainting the entire home, baseboards, a new interior door, and select ceiling areas, a simple update that made a massive difference in how the space feels and shows.

Before:

• Fully black bedroom & bathroom walls
• Wallpaper that was tilted and poorly installed
• A cool, edgy vibe — but it made the home feel dark and smaller

After:

• One cohesive colour throughout for warm, neutral flow
