I’d spend less time trying to find the “perfect” home and more time making sure the home actually fits my long-term plans.

Your first home doesn’t need to have everything. But before you buy, I’d ask:

Will this location still work for me in a few years?
Are the monthly costs comfortable?
Is there room for my life to change?
And most importantly, will other buyers want this home when it’s time to sell?
