Hi 👋 A little introduction :

I’m Violetta, owner of HomePro Specialists.

With over 20 years of experience in construction, warranty and customer service, I’ve built HomePro Specialists around something I’ve always believed in homeowners deserve to feel confident in their homes, and builders deserve a trusted second set of eyes.

From quality control inspections and possession support to warranty services and homeowner education, my goal is to help bridge the gap between builders and homeowners while raising the standard of the overall experience.

I’m proud to be a woman building a business in the construction industry, and even prouder of the relationships HomePro Specialists has built along the way.

This attic inspection is exactly why choosing a qualified builder AND having an independent home inspection matters.

A home can look beautiful at possession, but some of the most serious deficiencies are in areas homeowners rarely see — the attic, roof, insulation, ventilation and building envelope.

A qualified builder focuses on getting it right from the start. A qualified inspector provides that second set of eyes to catch what may have been missed before small deficiencies turn into expensive problems.

“It’s just a small hole…”

That’s what people say when they see a tiny pinhole in the v***r barrier.

But here’s the truth 👇

That “small hole” isn’t just a hole…It’s a pathway.
