🚨 Power Outage Update 🚨

We are aware that several suites on the East / Southeast portion of the property are currently without power. We have been on site all evening working directly with EPCOR, and while they have attended, we’ve been advised that repairs will continue tomorrow.

At this time the source of the issue is believed to be underground and was not caused by any deficiencies in our electrical system.

Our team will be back on site at 8:00 AM to continue working alongside EPCOR and will provide updates as we receive them.

In the meantime:
• Keep fridge and freezer doors closed as much as possible to preserve your food
• A full freezer will stay cold longer than a fridge—avoid opening unless necessary
• The building is boiler-heated, so your suites should remain warm even though the pump is not currently running.

We understand how frustrating this is and truly appreciate your patience while this is being resolved. Thank you for your understanding—we’ll keep you posted as things progress.

Hi Strathearn Heights. It's not you... and it's not us.😉 But yes, your power is out. Epcor estimates they should have it restored by 8:30pm this evening.

Please do not call the office or the emergency on-call number to report the outage--we are out as well. We didn't turn it off and we cannot turn it back on, trust me, we would if we could. 😊

This sweet little unicorn was found outside on our property this morning. Just moments before, she was seen in the arms of a young passerby, but it's possible she may not have belonged to him.
If this magical friend is yours-- or if you know a little one who is missing her-- please let us know! We'd love to see her reunited with her person.
She's safe and waiting at our office. ❤️ Feel free to message or stop by!

Just a heads up that the office will likely remain closed today as staff are unable to get there due to frozen vehicles. You can reach us here, via the website, email, or on voice-mail.

Yes, our power is out too!
Epcor is reporting a large area of outages including many neighborhoods from here to downtown, with restoration estimated around 4:00pm today.
That is all we know. Please refrain from calling the office as our phones are down as well.

Good Morning Strathearn Heights!
Our staff are out addressing the slippery sidewalks, pathways, and front steps this morning and will continue to do so with the most appropriate method of rock chips / ice melt, as the conditions require and in order of priority being front sidewalks, front paths, and front steps, then working our way to the back paths.
Please be patient as we work our way through the property.
