Don was born in Prince Albert, Saskatchewan and moved to Northern BC when he was 3. Don’s father was in construction so by the time he was 13 he had moved 13 times! Don completed a computer programming diploma and landed a sales and marketing position with Capital Records in Vancouver. Don eventually immigrated to England to take on the role of the London West End Sales Representative for EMI – wh
o at the time was the largest record label in the world! Don was then offered the role of the Sales & Marketing Director for Guild Home Video and the MGM/UA Home Video. This was the very beginning of Home Video so there weren’t any rules or guidelines to follow which was a lot of fun. This allowed Don to exercise his ability to not only think outside the box by to thrive and succeed outside the box! Don later moved back to Canada and for the last 20 years and has worked in the employment industry as a consultant and a headhunter. Don brings with him a wealth of knowledge on the aspects of marketing, selling outside the box, knowing what sells, buyer trends and a tenacity to get the job done. After several successful transactions with his own residential properties, Don felt called to the field himself. Don is married Louise and have just celebrated 30 years (in 2015) so she has to be congratulated for persistence and a kind heart. Don specializes in bungalows because he loves living in them and appreciates them for all of their features and potential.
