SOLD 🌾✨ These guys deserve a permanent spot on the feed !! 💪🏽🥰 Not only are they my friends, it was a privilege to be trusted by them to sell and buy a house together. A house that will work better for them for this upcoming season. Love to you both - so excited you found a home that is walking distance to the ravine and one of your favorite coffee shops!! We laughed, had coffee, saw some interesting houses along the way & went in a basement hot tub finding them a new place 🫶 (ok the hot tub thing was just me…. 🤪). Stoked for these guys!!

I met Cathie showing her a house she didn’t end up buying, but I’m so glad she found this one instead! It’s such a perfect fit for her current season and I could not be more proud of her decision to become a home owner after working so hard for so many years. Much love!

And this time it was our turn 🥺💕🎁🥰🏡✨

My husband and I have been looking at houses for about 1-2 years now and we finally found our “new to us” home and we are so GRATEFUL.

Earlier this year we went to purchase a house, went pending, only to find out our investment funds had been taken 😢😭 cue the tears, heartbreak and disappointment. We said goodbye to that house.

Fast forward through 2026 and we have seen God provide for our family time & time again.

I’ve been more silent on the gram the past month or so as we’ve been packing / cleaning / moving / painting / organizing. All the things !

We didn’t think a triple car garage was in the cards for us, but here we are. We love seeing potential in houses and making them our own. This one is no exception - including the exterior which will updated hopefully this upcoming summer 🫣 and mudjacking if you noticed the front step haha!

Grateful for a new house and new beginnings - our old house being converted into a rental. I love real estate 🏡 💕
