✨These 2 pieces of glass are GLOWING WITH GRATITUDE✨
I have been surprised and a bit speechless with receiving:
✨Maxwell President’s Award
✨Induction into the Maxwell Hall of Fame
🙏🏻Words can not express how grateful I am for each and every one of my clients, past and present who have supported and continue to support my business. Thank you!
💁🏻♀️Recently, I also celebrated my 20 year Realtor anniversary, which has flown by at a very high speed.
🏡Since 2006, there have been countless changes to how real estate is bought and sold, along with many moves in the market conditions to embrace🏡
💥Our city has expanded, and expanded some more, with dozens of new neighbourhoods.
🖥️ In 2006, social media was an infant, the few Realtors who were advertising online at the time were considered to be cutting edge.
🪧Signage and was extremely important.
🎈Sometimes balloons were used.
🔖Flyers, Open Houses, and advertising in the Edmonton Journal were a few strategies in spreading the word about homes for sale.
☎️ Realtor.ca was not a click away on a smartphone.
💁🏻♀️The method on how we present offers has even changed too!
📄Up until about 2010, it was common as a buyer’s agent to present the offer to purchase in person at the seller’s home, with the seller and their Realtor at the kitchen table.
💁🏻♀️Today this is unheard of and I kind of miss this. Ok I better stop now, I am starting to sound really old.
💁🏻♀️Along with changes, the core principles of my business has remained constant:
✨Treat every client as I would want to be treated myself.
✨Represent the client only in their best interests, and listen.
✨Every client is a client for life.
✨Gather all information and investigate every property fully, so clients can make their best informed decision.
✨Texting and video calls are sometimes necessary, but do not always replace conversations in person.
✨Always learning, ready to welcome changes, with a glass half full attitude.
I am surrounded by the best clients, colleagues, and team of professionals.
Incredibly grateful.
