My motto has always been "Putting the clients best interests first" which means that I want only the best for you and will help you navigate through all the housing options, and all the terms and

conditions in an offer. I will never push you into buying or selling but rather provide you with the information you need to make an educated decision. Honesty, integrity, tough negotiation skills are all tied up in a Heather package of approachability. I am licensed to sell anything, but focus almost exclusively on family homes -- from detached single family to acreages to condos and more. I LOVE looking at homes with clients. I think it's the most fun part of my job!! I look forward to doing that with you! My volunteer experience as the President of the Board for a condo corporation here in Edmonton has really elevated my ability to ensure your best interests are met when buying a condo. Condos are complex to both buy and sell. I'm very happy to sit down and talk about what condo ownership really means for you and what to look for. When listing properties for sale, I have a terrific marketing plan that I customize to work for your property. All my listings receive professional quality photos, marketing on the first page of google, and more. Additional features may be utilized including professional measurement, video tours, and so forth depending on the property. I have access to a network of investors and we can work solutions that you may not have even known were available. A little about me personally: I was born in small town Alberta and raised here in Edmonton from the age of 6 on. I have 4 amazing kids who are all adults now. I have been in Real Estate since January 2005, with a 1 year "covid" break in 2020 where I worked selling home and auto Insurance. I support charities including the Stollery Children's Foundation, World Vision, Canadian Cancer Society, Unicef, Hope Mission, and more. I look forward to working with you!!!
