Our office is now closed to give the staff a well deserved break over the holidays, we will reopen on January 5, 2026. Due to people being away and covid protocols and precautions, the 113 West Team did not get a holiday party this year. Well rest assured that is being corrected! Please be advised that our office will be closed from 1:00pm onwards on Friday March 25, 2022 to celebrate both the holiday season of 2021 and some birthdays in the office.

Excited to welcome a new condominium corporation to the 113 West family today! Welcome to the residents of Brookhaven Condominiums, a condominium complex managed by 113 West owner Anand Sharma 14 years ago when he first started in the industry. It is definitely a full circle moment for him!
