Seasonal discounts are here, help your customer out with great costs. I have some Rockstar realtors that love the flow of an easy and fast report, report delivered same day as inspection and it's not a couple of pages. Don't get caught having a 3-4 page report, that helps you, not the customer. Your thoughts?

Not sure what's happening, but I have just completed the 4th inspection from customers that had the same realtor and did not use her, 4 times in 3 months, wow. Careful who you p**s off.

Thank you to "ALL" the realtors that refer me in these very tough times to their very valuable customers, I have heard that some realtors are telling others that I will not work past 4pm or on weekends???
This is not true. I have and always will continue to bend over backwards for anyone that helps me as I also give referral's back and Pro Bono's to your customers that need one. Again, Thank you and good luck.

Realtors if you're clients are looking for an experienced inspector, have them call me. I have been inspecting homes for over 25 years, in business for over 12 years. If you want confusion and small issues being made into mountains, then keep doing what you are doing, the "new" inspectors thanks you.
