Please be advised that Save On Mechanical will be conducting an inspection of the building's plumbing and heating systems on Monday, June 8, 2026, starting at 8:00 am.

Access to every unit will be required. This is a preventative maintenance inspection to assess the condition and operation of plumbing and heating components throughout the building and to identify any maintenance concerns that may require attention.

Please ensure someone is present to provide access, or arrangements are made for a neighbour to provide
access on your behalf.

Please ensure that all areas requiring access are unobstructed, including:

• Areas around plumbing fixtures;
• Areas under the sinks and shutoff valves
• Areas around heating registers and thermostats.

Repair work will also begin on June 8th to address a broken drain
pipe located beneath the building floor slab on the first floor. As a result, residents may experience increased noise, vibration, dust, and contractor activity during the course of the work.

ATCO Gas has determined the cause of the carbon monoxide incident was the hot water heater. It has been shut off and the CO levels will return to normal shortly.

We will have no hot water until the necessary repairs are made sometime today.

Please be advised that on March 24th 2026, starting at 8am, Revolution Fire Protection will be on-site to conduct the annual Fire Inspection. Access to the unit will not be required, but you may hear bells ringing as they test the devices. Please do not call the emergency services unless you witness an emergency.

This inspection is required by law and is critical to ensure the fire system is working properly. We apologize for any inconveniences.

The Milestone will be under new management effective March 1, 2026. Karen King and Associates will be our new condo manager, and they will be contacting all owners in the next couple of weeks to provide information on the transition.

Please be advised that snow removal in the Milestone parking lot will take place on Friday, January 30, 2026, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. To ensure the safety and efficiency of the snow removal process, we kindly ask all residents to move their vehicles from the parking lot before 9:00 AM.

Important:
• Vehicles left in the parking lot during snow removal may be towed at the owner’s expense.
• Your cooperation is greatly appreciated to help keep the parking area safe and accessible for everyone.

Parking lot cleaning will be rescheduled for next week, as today (Jan 23) is too cold, the ice in the parking lot is too hard to scrape. We did manage to remove the snow around the bins so trash removal can resume.
