Sandy here! This month marks 10 beautiful years in real estate for me… and honestly, I’m feeling all the feelings 🥹
I put together a short 2.55-minute video filled with so many of the incredible humans who’ve been part of this journey. I really hope you take a moment to watch it. Not everyone made it into the montage (you know who you are, my wonderfully camera-shy people 😄), but please know this: every single one of you has left a mark on me.
I’m going to get a little sappy here, because this milestone means more than I can properly put into words. This career has never just been about houses for me. It’s always been about people, stories, trust, and connection. And I’ve been lucky enough to be surrounded by the very best.
To my broker, Raquel & Lisa, and the amazing agents in my office and industry: your support, guidance, and camaraderie have meant everything. This business can be wild, unpredictable, and occasionally humbling. I learn something every day from you all. Thank you.
And then there’s my business partner, Justin. We’ve been through it 😅 From big wins to those “well, that escalated quickly” situations that keep things interesting 😄
Fun fact: Real Estate for me actually started with what I lovingly call my “midlife crisis.” (I've had a few...) I was ready to sell the condo and the plan was to quit my (then current) job and run off to a quiet lake with a random plot of land and fly-in-and-out for work and just enjoy...nobody and nothing. Hahahaha! (I was going through some stuff...)
Instead, Justin invited me into the office to talk it through… and somewhere in that conversation, he saw something in me. He asked me to join his team and that moment completely changed the direction of my life.
Not going to lie… I still think about that lake lot on the hard days!!! LOL.
Sounds corny but the truth is this is where my heart is. With people. With real estate. With all of you.
So thank you. For trusting me, supporting me, referring me, cheering me on, and being part of these last 10 years. I don’t take a single moment of it for granted.
(The video is a little slower and more heartfelt… it just felt right, and true to the gratitude I have for all of you)
❤️ Here’s to the next chapter. Truly love you all.
