At the end of November (2024) there were 1,422 completed and vacant homes in Edmonton and surrounding areas! With 2025 looking like it’s going to be another year of low inventory if you are thinking of building something give me a shout…before you stop in to any show homes and I would love to help answer any questions you may have!

Let me reintroduce myself 😎

I’m Katie and I grew up in Alberta just west of Edmonton. I got my Real Estate License in 2018, put it on pause to complete my Education Degree in 2021, and the moment I crossed the stage with my degree I walked into Dan and Carson’s office to get back into real estate. Which has been the best decision I’ve made!

I truly love my career, I can help you find the right home, whether it be in Edmonton, or a surrounding community, from a condo to an operating farm and everything in between; including new construction! Even if you aren’t ready to buy or sell for a few years I can help you along the way! I know some amazing people I can connect you with; no matter your needs! 🏘️

Outside of work, I’m an avid Oilers Fan (my heart is ready for a new season), a true converted Edmontonian for the past decade and I enjoy playing a multitude of sports all year round. I’m even branching out and recently started a book club! 📚

Above all I love spending time with my friends and family, and exploring the world through our daughter’s eyes. We can’t wait to watch Aria grow up in such an amazing community! 💕
