🏠 Sales: 1,456 homes sold (down 11.4% from August, down 5.3% year-over-year)
📬 New Listings: 2,640 (up 1.5% from last month, up 19.2% year-over-year)
📦 Inventory: 5,298 active listings | 3.6 months of supply

🕓 Average Days on Market: 38 days (similar to last year)
