If a detached home feels like too much right now, but a condo doesn’t quite check all the boxes, a townhome can be a really solid middle ground. More space, more privacy, and often a more manageable price point too.⁠

My biggest advice? Don’t just look at the photos. Look at the layout, storage, parking, condo fees, and the neighbourhood. That’s the stuff that actually impacts how the home feels day to day.⁠
