A recent drone-assisted roof inspection revealed a damaged vent boot/flashing around a roof pe*******on.

While it may look like a minor issue, damaged flashing can compromise the roof’s weatherproofing and allow rain and melting snow to enter the attic—potentially leading to wet insulation, damaged roof sheathing, wood deterioration, and interior water damage.
