Coffee, conversations, blueprints & big dreams ☕🏡✨

This morning I had the opportunity to attend Brews & Blueprints with mortgage broker and from .

We learned more about Coventry’s home buying process, explored everything from quick possession homes to customizable floorplans, and talked through options for buyers at every stage of the journey.

Breanna also shared valuable lending insights, including financing options and the current first-time buyer NO GST promotion 👏

One of my favourite parts of this business is continuing to learn so I can better guide my clients — whether they’re buying their very first home, upsizing, or dreaming of building something fully custom.

It’s been a week✨

Between Mother’s Day, life, and some big unexpected changes in business this week, I realized I never stopped to celebrate these wins… and I should. 🤍

Last weekend I had the privilege of helping an amazing family seamlessly sell their townhome and purchase their next home. With the right pricing strategy and preparation, their townhome went pending in just 3 days — and from there, finding the perfect next chapter felt smooth and aligned from start to finish.

I also helped another buyer navigate a situation that could have turned very costly. Because we took the time to do our due diligence — including a sewer scope — my client was able to avoid major repairs on the first home. We couldn’t come to an agreement, so he made the difficult decision to walk away… and then the right home hit the market. Offer accepted, smoother process, and a much better outcome all around.

Funny how the things that fall apart create space for the opportunities that were always meant for us.

In real estate… and honestly, in life too 😉

On Monday evening, I spent time with great friends surrounded by amazing women, supporting my friend Dinah .a.motherco and her partner Michelle in this new and exciting project, the Well Women Collective. ✨

Listening to Dinah and Michelle share their stories with such bravery and vulnerability — stories of struggle, healing, growth, and self-discovery — was incredibly touching and sparked some meaningful conversations among us.

We don’t always share our struggles, especially publicly. But the reality is that we all carry our own battles. And there is something so powerful about sharing from a place of empowerment, not victimhood… from a place of “I see you, you’re not alone.” 💕

The evening ended with us being graced by the beautiful musical talent of 🎶

Honestly, it was exactly what I needed after recently receiving some big news about my business — exciting changes are ahead, and this evening felt grounding, inspiring, and perfectly timed. ✨

I’m so excited that these gatherings will now be happening monthly. Already looking forward to the next one on June 8th! 💞

Growing up in San Salvador, I saw the San Salvador volcano every single day.

Its power.
Its stillness.
Its presence.

On my last visit to El Salvador, I finally returned to El Boquerón, a place I hadn’t been since childhood.

Standing there again, looking into the crater, I felt something deep and familiar… like coming home to a part of myself.

This photo brings me back to that moment.

To connection.
To roots.
To strength.

Sometimes we need to return to where we began to remember who we are becoming.

And maybe that’s why helping families find a place to truly belong means so much to me.

January kicked off the year with a noticeable shift in the Greater Edmonton Area real estate market. We saw a surge of new listings, slower sales activity, and more balanced conditions overall.

🏡 Inventory is up
📉 Sales cooled from December
💰 Prices remain steady year-over-year
⏳ Homes are taking a little longer to sell
