Hey friends,
After nearly 5 years our dear tentant has moved out. We are putting on some fresh paint and getting our suite spruced up for the next person that will call this their home. We are hoping that we can find a renter that is already connected to someone we know, so please share this with your awesome peeps.
This 900 square foot , 2BDRM suite is located in the trendy Hazeldean neighbourhood. The house sits on a beautiful tree lined street 3 blocks from the Mill Creek Ravine. Close to major bus routes, Whyte Ave, U of A and downtown. Argyll and Calgary trail are minutes away. Also just a few blocks away from Ritche Market, Kind, Farrow and Hazeldean Bakery.
The suite is very bright and spacious with new LED pot lights throughout. The kitchen is quite large with ample counter and cabinet space as well as a dishwasher. Kitchen and both bedrooms include original mid century built in closets and paneling. Bathroom has all new finishes and fixtures. Ceilings have been sound proofed with Roxul insulation and sound dampening ceiling tile.
Laundry is shared and rear entrance is semi-private. We are kid friendly. Students welcome. No smoking, no pets. Rental of the suite includes use of the yard, bbq, and fire pit. We are a friendly young family, excited to share our house with the right renters. While keeping our noise level to a respectable minimum we're sure you'll understand that our kids will be kids. We are looking for responsible tenants with a steady income who will respect our home and our family.
$1100/month utilities and internet included
$1100 damage deposit
12 month lease but open to discussion
