It’s getting exciting at 1215 Patricia!

The James Hardie siding is going on, and the metal soffit and fascia are being installed — which means this home is really starting to show off its finished look.

There’s something special about getting to this stage of a build. After seeing foundations, framing, and all the work behind the walls, the exterior details start to make the house feel so much more real.

We’re so excited for the homeowner to see her vision coming together piece by piece. Every step brings her that much closer to being home again. 💙

The roof at 723 is looking incredible!

You may have noticed this home sat for a little while before construction continued and there was a very good reason. The homeowners chose a custom metal roofing product designed to look just like traditional shingles, and it was absolutely worth the wait!

This beautiful roofing gives the home the classic look of shingles while offering the durability and longevity of metal roofing. It’s a product that’s built to last for many, many years.

While we waited for the roofing to arrive, we made the decision not to move forward with the interior construction until the home was completely watertight. Protecting the home and the work that goes into it is always more important than rushing the process.

Sometimes custom takes a little longer but when it turns out like this, it’s easy to see why it’s worth the wait.
