Sam leads the Calgary side of Team Legacy with the kind of infectious energy that you simply can't manufacture. There are people who show up for their team when things are going well. And then there are people like Joe — who show up for every single person on this team, in every season, no matter what. Today, Team Legacy celebrates one of those people. ❤️

Joe is our leader and Chief Growth & Development Officer — and while that title speaks to his role, it barely scratches the surface of who he really is to this family. Joe is the person who thinks deeply about what every agent, every team lead, and every admin needs to grow — not just professionally, but as a person. He builds the frameworks that support us, creates the resources that guide us, and walks alongside each one of us on our individual journeys with patience, wisdom, and genuine care.
